What is Zumba?
We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves
for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World
rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise
in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
About our Zumba Leaders
Justine Reyes-Ford is a Cardiac Nurse for the USN, a former NBA professional cheerleader
for the NJ NETS, a marathon runner, and a Trifecta Spartan Athlete, Having these
background, Justine is able to incorporate Health & Wellness into Zumba Fitness
by helping others achieve their ultimate goal of health and wellness. Justine got
her Zumba license at Old Dominion University by Julie Kelly as her ZES. She then
got licensed for Zumba Toning, Zumba Kids and Zumba Kids Jr 2012 and recently got
licensed for Strong by Zumba, March 2017.
